In-Patient Services

All patients at Pure Ortho Hospitals are treated equally, regardless of race, color, nationality, religion, age, gender, or ability.

  • We offer a variety of room types: ICU Beds, Private Rooms, Twin Sharing, Triple Sharing, and General Wards.
  • Room allocation is based on medical necessity and availability.
  • All rooms are equipped with central oxygen, suction, and include a bed for one attendant.
  • Upon recommendation by your consultant, our front desk staff will assist you with the admission process.
  • You’ll be asked to fill out an admission form and confirm the responsible party for medical expenses.
  • Consent will be taken for treatment, and an inpatient file will be generated.
  • Advance payment is required and adjusted at discharge.
  • Foreign nationals must submit valid ID and visa documents.
  • We recommend not bringing cash or valuables; inform your relatives accordingly.
  • After room allocation, a nurse will brief you on facilities and collect your vitals.
  • A separate consent form is required for any surgical or invasive procedure.
  • Please reach out to our nursing or medical team if you have any questions.
  • Round-the-clock care is provided by duty doctors, while your consultant oversees your treatment.
  • Our nurses are specially trained to care for patients with various medical needs.
  • Press the call bell near your bed if you need assistance.
  • Only hospital-approved medications and consumables are allowed inside.
  • Tipping is strictly prohibited. Report any concerns to the ward in-charge or nursing superintendent.
  • Our ICUs are equipped with advanced monitoring and life-support systems.
  • ICU care is provided 24×7 by trained intensivists.
  • For safety, visitor access to ICUs is limited to one attendant per patient.
  • Attendants must register their contact details with ICU security.

Visiting hours are from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily.

  • A deposit is collected during admission and adjusted against your final bill.
  • Interim bills are issued, and timely payments are expected.
  • We accept cash, cards, and demand drafts. Cheques are not accepted.
  • Payments must be made at the IP Billing Counter.
  • Always collect a computer-generated receipt.
  • For queries, visit our In-Patient Billing Department.
  • Your nurse will guide you through the discharge process.
  • Final billing will be completed by our billing department.
  • After payment, a ‘Check-Out Slip’ will be issued for documentation.
  • You’ll receive your discharge summary and medication instructions.
  • If you need ambulance assistance for home drop-off, our nurse can coordinate the arrangement.
